Enable the DataStore #6

DataStore is not enabled at the moment I don't think:

https://offenedaten.de/api/3/datastore_create https://offenedaten.de/api/3/datastore_search?resource_id=_table_metadata

Enabling it would be great!

It is https://offenedaten.de/api/action/datastore_search?id=_table_metadata
