What is the purpose of this Pull Request?

Update the source base to reflect the change to the Open Knowledge Foundation account.

What was done to achieve this purpose?

Every GitHub address pointing to datasciencebr was change by okfn-brasil.

How to test if it really works?

Click links, check badges etc.

Who can help reviewing it?

hi @cuducos I was wondering, shouldn't we change the docker images account too? or maybe wait for those to be changed (move the seranata related docker images to a okf account on dockerhub) to approve this PR?

Not sure if Open Knowledge has a Docker Cloud account and if we have access to it. Surely we should move, but I do prefer to fix broken links ASAP.
