Mostly clean-up #8

Adding htmLinks folder, and modifying getHtm.py to point to the right place (go back one level)

Also minor clean-up, adding comments, etc.

This commit makes the script work. Also, I think it's a good idea to not keep artifacts in the repo. So I deleted all generated html files. gtHTM.py will now generate the CSVs with the URI for capturing the raw data.
