O README do repositório está em inglês, para manter a documentação do repositório bilíngue ele precisa ser traduzido pro português.

Encorajado por okfn-brasil/querido-diario-comunidade#4.

Acredito que seguir a organização de documentos em outras línguas como no repositório okfn-brasil/querido-diario (languages/[language_code]/[document]) seja legal também.

The repo's README is in English and to keep the documentation bilingual it should be translated to Portuguese.

I believe that following the organization of documents in another languages like in okfn-brasil/querido-diario (languages/[language_code]/[document]) would be nice too.

@giuliocc, neste repo da API é o contrário, certo? O README está em inglês e precisamos traduzir para o português. Vou seguir a estrutura da pasta languages do repositório que você indicou, mas o padrão da página inicial melhor deixar em PT-BR em todas mesmo, não é?

I'll follow the structure of the languages folder in the repository you recommended, but the pattern we should follow is to leave all starting pages in PT-BR, right?
