Cleanup coverage results

What is the purpose of this Pull Request? Coverage wasn't working properly so this is merely an attempt to get it on track again.

What was done to achieve this purpose?

• remove old .coverage
• remove unnecessary space in config file
• add package as --cov argument when running tests

How to test if it really works? Let's wait and see if Coveralls status changes in this PR.
