Update front page

This follows on from DataHub community meeting on 3 Jan.

Key changes:

List "technical" features clearly (perhaps reuse http://ckan.org/features/)

• You can publish your or your organizations datasets and have them presented in a searchable catalog
• Each dataset can have one or more data files or APIs associated with it
• Upload and store data securely
  • [[Point out to data files hosted on your own servers or elsewhere]]
• Collaborate with others in managing your datasets via a simple but powerful permissions
• Visualize your data and embed your visualizations in your own site
• Get a powerful data API automatically for your data (tabular data only)

List "social/communtiy" features

• Owned and overseen by the Open Knowledge Foundation non-profit organization committed to ongoing community management
  • You won't find your service suddenly sold to someone else
  • You won't find your service suddenly shut down
• Cooperatively and community managed - users have a role in deciding what we do
• Sustainable - we're operating a sustainable model to ensure the platform, and your data, will be here for the long-term
• Professionally run by an organization and team that created the very first open data portals and have decades of experience between them
• Built on world-class open-source software which is being used by governments and organizations around the world including the UK and US government (guaranteeing continued updates and improvements in features and robustness)

@petermr would welcome your thoughts on the above especially the second set of bullet points as you highlighted the lack of this info in the community meeting.

@rossjones @maxious what do you think? If it is looks good we can start implementing (this should be pretty straightforward)

I'm in Vilnius with the Crystallography Open database and I am hoping we can use Datahub for daily update summaries. At that stage we'll be better placed to comment.
