Minor revision to new organization creation instructions #68

The instructions from http://help.datahub.io/kb/general/creating-a-dataset-on-the-datahub-december-2013 could be revised to remove the "url slug" requirement. Instead, there could be a description of how the user can edit the organization url. That would reduce the amount of information needed to submit and organization request, and save admin time during setup.
