Time to provision machines for production:

[ ] Utilities: A1 (1 core, 1.75 GB RAM) -- to provide monitoring (nagios & sentry) for CKAN machines, and optionally, a few endpoints on the CTPEC;
[x] Backend: A3 (4 cores, 7GB RAM);
[x] Frontend: A2 (2 cores, 3.5 GB RAM);
[x] Deploy the COM-Bootstrap repo;
[x] Deploy ckanext-glasgow

Hostname will be 'data.glasgow.gov.uk'. SSL certificate is being arranged by Glasgow.

Deployed machines and they seem to be working.
