404 appearing on bad URLs #223

Hi there friends! About to begin the ramp up for review and update.

Just tried to access a bad URL lacounts.org/admin and at first got redirected to the homepage and then added "admin" to the URL (as above) and got a Server Error page. Please advise on the requirements to correct Screen Shot 2020-02-12 at 3 58 06 PM .
