Old idea page links are broken #50

e.g. http://publicdata.eu/idea/nomen-est-omen

These are linked from e.g. http://opendatachallenge.org/ so it would be nice if they continued to work (or at least redirected)

Hi @rgrp, do you know if that page still exist somewhere, but with other URI?

@rgrp, looks like the old apps link has changed from /app to /related, I've added in an redirect in the apache config to fix the broken link from opendatachallenge

repopened as the links to app are still broken, needs to be fixed in ckan core related items and then after to keep the app -> related redirect
