I'm pretty sure we actually changed this in core or for 2.0 (@johnmartin do you remember?) but the links here: http://pdeu.staging.ckanhosted.com/related should be target blanked instead of redirecting you away from pd.eu

@shevski Looking at the templates on CKAN core... it doesn't look related items open in new windows. We should add this as one of the tweaks for 2.1 for the related overhaul: https://github.com/okfn/ckan/issues/465, https://github.com/okfn/ckan/issues/351, etc...
