Can't preview CSV data on pd.eu #69

When trying to preview a CSV dataset on eg:

http://publicdata.eu/dataset/municipal-waste-generation-in-england-from-2000-01-to-2009-10/resource/2625cb04-6a73-4154-9e22-bde490d5b61e

It can't load the table; on this URL:

http://publicdata.eu/api/3/action/datastore_search?resource_id=2625cb04-6a73-4154-9e22-bde490d5b61e&limit=0

The following response is generated: "Bad request - Action name not known: datastore_search"

I get this error message too. What is the reason for this error?
