modifies .span3 in about.less #71

while working on the pdeu clone offenedaten.de, I noticed that some lines in less files are not needed/ duplicates of other css declarations. plz review.

@jbspeakr Thanks for this, could you also cd /ckanext/pdeu/theme && ./less (then ctrl+c) to update pdeu.css and I'll go ahead and merge this.
