Add the "Publication Scheme" page and categories

What we have from the client:

To add the ability to search by publication scheme. So we need to build this and also let them know how to add publication scheme to the data.

Under the Freedom of Information Act, the council is required to have a publication scheme that sets out our commitment to routinely make available certain classes of information.

This page provides access to those datasets and information that are proactively published in electronic format (and where possible licensed for re-use) as part of Salford City Council's Publication Scheme.

The council has adopted the Information Commissioner’s Model Publication Scheme which categorises information into the following classes:

· Who we are and what we do
· What we spend and how we spend it
· What our priorities are and how we are doing.
· How we make decisions
· Our policies and procedures
· Lists and registers
· Services provided by the council

For each item (e.g. dataset) listed under these classes there will be:
· A title
· A summary description
· Licensing information (for use and re-use)
· Fees information, (where applicable; material which is published electronically can be downloaded free of charge unless the information is subject to a charging regime specified by legislation).

If you cannot find what you are looking for you can make a request for the information under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act.
