Push staging to production #13

Push the staging site into production, but retain staging for future iterations/training.

hostname: catapult.ckanhosted (for now)

We're going to need to do this, at some point. Let's do a push at the end of the sprint.

Just confirming, we're going to copy our staging setup to production. Is that right?

Hostname for production is data.satapps.org (served on port 80)
