Wrong element: data cost & access #17

In the field we have for filtering “Data Cost and Access” we were given the wrong element.

Could it be changed to [gmd:MD_LegalConstraints gmd:otherConstraints gco:CharacterString] ?

@amercader advises:

Change the 2nd "use-constraints" to "limitations-on-public-access" in https://github.com/okfn/ckanext-tsbsatellites/blob/master/ckanext/tsbsatellites/plugin.py#L43

You'll need to clear and reharvest the harvest source from its admin page
