Allow datasets to be filtered by 'Instrument' #60

In addition to date, tags, publisher etc, we would like to add an additional filter from the 'Collection Hardware' metadata field.

Collection Hardware should be labelled, in the UI, "Instrument".

Can we confirm the xpath or field name on the original ISO XML metadata for this field (Collection Hardware)? I can't find it in the fields that we parse nor in the original metadata spec.
