What kind of CC license and what version is it, @thomassshaw? Usually it's something like CC-BY-4.0. I found some terms of use written in Malay. Running through an automatic translation, the license seems to be "Malaysian Government's Open Data Terms of Use 1.0" and not Creative Commons.
