`Aborted (core dumped)` errors with the latest images #104

The removal of --no-binary :all: flags is causing problems when running tests. We need to find a proper fix

We've reverted to the previous images for now until this is fixed (so 2.9.5 and 2.8.10)

This was a red herring , images for 2.8.11 and 2.9.6 have now been published
