remove deprecated statements from schema.xml (DefaultSearchField and DefaultOperator)
Added the respective default parameters to select- and query-handlers in solrconfig.xml

Allows to use the solr-spatial-field backend with ckanext-spatial

ping, 6.2 has known vulnerabilities and it would be great to get this in. I'm happy to rebase to bring the branch up-to-date.
