DockerHub publish #78

Related to #77

All commits to master will deploy all images. Secrets were added to GitHub

@avdata99 Maybe turn the action on for 77_dockerhub_publish and tweak things there until it is working. We can then merge to master

I just created #79 @amercader Maybe this is the solution
