Fix for issue #90 #114

This PR works on the issues mentioned in #90, creating the tutorial and working on the names of the directories, making it easier to understand the handbook structure.

@rgrp: I managed to fix the headers issue by just retyping the headers. I have no idea what happened. It is fixed for now. Also, I tried to simplify each step and hopefully the commit messages are clear enough as to what was done.

To check the core-datasets/guides/index.md file, please look into: http://localhost:4000/handbook/core-datasets/guide/ We have to work on the URL paths and such to get there. I did not want to mess that up and I think we did not discuss that before.

Lets discuss anything about this PR before merging, if needed.

@gsilvapt great work! Merging now. Is #90 now fixed do you think or is there more to do?

@rgrp: Maybe only a quick review of the English grammar and words. Other than that, I think everything is covered in this PR. Thanks for reviewing.
