Created a directory structure in text for the current outiine #19

Having a directory structure mirroring the current outline makes it a lot easier to find and edit single chapters. However this is not tested with the current build system.

This is done now @rgrp @datatelling can you look over it - If you're ok with it, I'll merge it into the main branch,
