Added analysing.rst and fixed quite a few typos #49

Here's my version of the analysing article. Pictures are embedded except for the first, which I wasn't able to find. I also fixed typos in the text/ files - I saw "tab-seperated" and it set me off. :/

I know they aren't complete, but meh. Hope this helps.
