@rgrp Can we say the last PR solves all thee issues? What tutorials/guides are missing right now?

@gsilvapt please can you link to the online pages that you think resolve this item - then I can review and approve closing the issue.

@rgrp, there is a generic approach to data wrangling here, specially made to help people create data packages. That page also mentions some open tools and supportive tools to analyse the data. Again, focused on how to create a data package.

I am not sure if those topics you mentioned are to be more generic or focused specifically in data packaging.

@gsilvapt i do not think that page is it in terms of a general intro to data wrangling - plus there are all the other items.

Let's try and sync so we can get on the same page on these items.
