Evaluate Miso.Dataset as a front-end data management library #3

Prototype used Miso. It provided very little use.

Also tried Recline. Similarly: Little value-added.

Client side data slicing currently costs me about ten lines of code. It's all done by the ETL process. The Coffeescript code just does clever rendering and browsing; when data management becomes a major problem we can return to this issue.
