Can we close this repo now that we have https://github.com/okfn/a/tree/master/a/html/oki/panel #1

@smth what do you think? I'd rather minimise duplicates, and the a repo is probably the best place going forward for CI, etc. If you think this is a good idea, I'd first have to put in a redirect to route requests to here through to the a.okfn.org domain.

This is still the only location of the Wordpress plugin. So either we move that as well, or leave this repo to be a home for it.
