Add a consistent ID column to opendataday/Datasets/Events 2021.csv #323

Can we have a consistent ID column in opendataday/Datasets/Events 2021.csv ? (and all future years)

The issue currently that if someone is importing all events repeatedly to make sure they get all updates, there is nothing to link an event seen in the first import to an event seen in the second one.

Someone may express an interest in an event seen during the first import, but then the event changes title and time. When the second import happens, the importer would ideally like to update this person but there is no link there - they just see the event as missing, and a new event that may or may not be related.

I see there is a slug - will that be consistent, or might that change if the title changes?
