Updates pt_br translations #341

Overview

In _content/contents+ptbr.lr, support_scheme_body item:: instead of translating "2021 mini-grants is closed" I added a Brazilian portuguese version of "2022 mini-grants is coming soon" (since Lilly informed it in ODD google group last week) to avoid conflict. I'll point this out in #340 issue to map short time update needed.

Others commits are all straight translations.

Suggestion: replace year_label_5: **Dados** oceânicos para a prosperidade planetária with year_label_5: **Dados** dos oceanos para a prosperidade do planeta
