Enable event registration for 2025 #410

It's time to enable event registration for 2025 on the Open Data Day website. Part of this is creating a new database and updating the map embedded on the page. I don't know the exact requirements and implications for the site's architecture, so feel free to comment on any details here.

While we were between festivals, I replaced the text and the button link below the image. When event registration is re-enabled, we need to go back to ‘Register your event’ with the link to the new form.

@avdata99 I know you've worked on this in previous years and I trust you'll come up with the best solution.

Here's a quick update about the deadline: We plan to officially open registration on November 28 (in one week's time).
