Issue description

Improve ODE readme information.

Suggested improvements

Explain what ODE is (general overview).
Add an image + branding of the ODE.
Add brief explanation on how to download and install the tool for non-technical users.
Add contact email for feedback in case non-technical users find the repository and want to give feedback.

Examples of repositories to look at (inspiration)
