Help users download the tool easily #317

Problem description

For non technical users, it is complicated to understand how to download the tool. If you visit the OKFN page of the tool, the Getting started redirects to the user guide. While it is true the guide explains the user how to download the ODE, it is not intuitive.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Suggested solution

The tool Tabula, allows users to download the app directly from the project page:

Captura de pantalla 2024-04-11 a la(s) 15 04 42

However, this cannot be added without context. Since the the ODE potential user is someone with non-coding skills, I think it would be good to add a short sentence to explain actions. For example: "Donwload the tool and click on the dmg file to run it". Open to your insights/ suggestions @lucpretti

@pdelboca more info to be added to the page:

📩 Send us feedback/Report a problem (email) 🪲 Create an issue on GitHub 🤔 Suggest a new feature

Please, check the best position for this info with @lucpretti

@lucpretti we can also add something like ODE latest news and redirect to the OKFN blog. What do you think?

@lucpretti can you delete the concept note from the project page, add the following message in the first slide and then re-upload it again?

Suggested text (feel free to edit it):

📍Note: we are currently updating ODE's concept note to adjust it to the product vision for the stable version. Because of this, some of the features listed here may change. Please, follow our blog to get the latest updates.

We also need to add a message in the user guide. This is the suggested text. Again, at the top of the page:

📍Note: we are currently working on the stable version of the ODE. Because of this, some of the features listed in this guide may change. Please, follow our blog to get the latest updates.
