Empty ODE screen when opening the tool for the first time #331

Problem description

Right now when you open the ODE you see a lot of data examples on the left menu:

How to reproduce it

Open the ODE.
Check menu on the left

Suggested solution

If the user did not upload anything, it should be empty.

This issue is related to #328. Check it for further context.
