Problem description

Icons and keys in messages add extra noise for the user. We would like to remove them. We also need to discuss:

Suggested solution

We will check these changes with the UX specialist. @lucpretti I'll message you once we have this conversations because we would need to make changes to the website (colors) to keep consistency across platforms.
