Problem description

Right now the ODE only admits one license: MIT.

Steps to reproduce it

• Open the ODE
• Upload a file.
• Click on METADATA.
• Select LICENSES.

Suggested solution

We should add a suggested list of license types and also allow the user to add a different one if a specific license is not on the list. Suggested list: https://creativecommons.org/share-your-work/cclicenses/

• Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL) — “Attribution Share-Alike for data/databases”
