While trying to reproduce #359 I realized that deinstalling ODE via the Windows deinstallation process does not actually remove the Python libraries etc.
After uninstalling ODE .opendataeditor was left in my home directory at over 300 MB, which I consider way too much since a typical user will probably never remove it manually. It also makes it harder to properly reset an ODE install to a "from scratch" state for debugging.
