Problem description

The project field on the ODE is not working properly. As a user:

I open the ODE
Go to the Project field (upper left corner)
Let's say I have created a new project called "hola", if I want to select other project using the arrow, it does not work.

In addition to that, when clicking the OPEN button next to the Project field the ODE shows the local window so that the user can select a local folder, which is already an option at the bottom of the ODE (ADD button). Was this button created for other purposes, @roll?

Here are @roll answers regarding the OPEN button:

Add / Local Folder: adds a folder to a project.
Open: opens a new project (changes your root directory)

@Faithkenny I think this could be a good thing to address in the Sprint 5.This is also key for the main screen.

@Faithkenny here are my thoughts in terms of what I think it could work:

Suggested solution

Remove the OPEN button next to the Project box.
Add New project as an option in the Project box (this is the current OPEN button).
We could also include Create folder in the Project box. Context: the Create folder feature is currently available in the ADD button, but I think it makes no sense there since we have this list of options: file, folder, remote file.
