Problem description

Remove the Search box from the following list of option (metadata panel).

Licences
Contributors
Sources
Foreign keys

Steps to reproduce it

Open the ODE
Upload this csv
Click on the Metadata button.
Select each of the fields mentioned above

Note: do not remove the SEARCH box in the fields section (metadata)
