Tooltips on key features of the ODE #402

Problem description

We have to check the tooltips (informative text when users hover the mouse over the different buttons of the application).

More context: since we created this ticket we made changes to the ODE main screen, so to be more specific, please, remove tooltip from the buttons from the datagrid components (save, errors report, redo, undo, etc).
