fixes #34
it covers the cases below:
- if a file is added/moved/deleted outside of the app; the app will update the file browser accordingly (10 sec polling)
- if a file is changed outside of the app it will be reflected in the app next time it's opened

It took some time to simulate all possible unsync scenarios for me, but still, I might be missing some edge cases. Please think if we need to cover something else.
