Open File location dialog #536

Since this is dealing with the local file location, the Open File Location dialog will only work with the desktop app and not with the browser version for testing. Please test with the build or with make preview.

I downloaded the desktop version, clicked on Upload data, uploaded a csv, but I don't see the dialog
