Problem when uploading remote file after ingesting local data #559

Problem description

I'm re-testing all workflows and I found a bug when uploading remote files.

I opened the ODE and ingested one csv file. I then clicked on the Upload data button again to paste a Google Spreadsheet URL and it didn't work.

The problem also appears if you upload a G-Sheets link and then repeat the operation trying to past another remote file link:
