assets.okfn.org cookies cause privacybadger to block OK header image #126

PrivacyBadger autodetects assets.okfn.org cookies across multiple domains and blocks it as a tracker, causing the OK image on the OD site to not show.

I suspect there is no reason for assets.okfn.org to be sending any cookies.

Copying @nigelbabu who has helped with broader OK website issues impacting OD before. Maybe a good start?

This also causes the open buttons/badges to be blocked.
