Serbian translation of v1.1 #135

This v1.1 of definition, writen in cyrilics. Also, the country code has been fixed (it is rs).

Thanks @igorspasic. The ISO 639-1 language code for Serbian is sr. These are linguistic translations, not translations for a particular country.

I'll go ahead and merge this as it is always useful to have translations of old versions, but note that 1.1 is 6 years out of date. Just in case you ever want to translate the current version, the English diffs linked in http://opendefinition.org/history/ might be of help.

Yap, Im aware its old - it was hanging in my drive for long time since ppl who were suppose to publish it didn't do their job. I will start working on most recent translation and adoption.
