Has OK... done another rebrand? I don't see on okfn.org. But if so, thanks! @rgrp should probably merge this then

Central is now going by 'Open Knowledge International,' so no real effect on the community. They're doing a soft launch, so it's not on okfn.org yet.

@mlinksva no - no new rebrand. As in 2014 when we did this "Open Knowledge Foundation" as overall umbrella to "Open Knowledge [X]". In this case we are now distinguishing "Open Knowledge International".

@ljoelle I'd personally say this is a project we stays entirely "general" and community so would not be adding the International. So I think this might be a "no merge".
