Fix wrong panel link #149

Link to /jobs results in 404, the working link is http://okfn.org/about/jobs.

I don't know if the error is the location of the page or the link to the location, I'm assuming it's supposed to follow the same pattern as nearby links in the header panel, so I'm submitting a fix for the link.

Thanks! I see that you found another copy and fixed there too. I pulled into this repo with https://github.com/okfn/opendefinition/pull/144 because I was tired of and embarrassed that PrivacyBadger blocks styling and buttons the site uses/recommends and couldn't figure out how to find right person to get assets.okfn.org (now a.?) to stop sending unnecessary cookies. If anyone ever figures this out probably right thing to pull back out of this repo.
