(It was bugging me like hell that with all the nice open data stuff going on in Israel, we don't have a simple way to describe what's considered Open :) ) - I really hope you accept and add it, but no rush though.
@idoivri it will go in in the next day or so :-)
Note we still need to add to the website :-) - btw what's "Hebrew" in Hebrew - so we get the link right ...

I've added a translation of the OpenDefinition into Hebrew.
Please let me know if you need anything more. BTW, it should be RTL on the page, but I figured that it's going to be useful even if it's LTR...
