Arabic OD - added missing lines #72

Also fixed formatting, but something needs to be done about the text direction as the text cannot be properly read from left to right.

Thanks for the super quick commit, for some reason the # sign is not getting converted into a heading. I am not sure why this is happening! Could be an encoding issue?

I think the # signs need to have a blank line above them to be formatted as a header. I have fixed one of them. Have a look and let me know if that looks better.
