Consider using Mapbox rather than OSM #11

I know you have to pay for them (starting at $5), but the satellite maps on Mapbox.com look way nicer, and given the very limited map data in Mali, I think it definitely makes sense.

OK just to correct myself - the map data is actually not that bad for Mali around main towns. But Mapbox satellite maps still look nicer I think :-)

Two things:

as MapBox option needs payment, I'm not the one who can decide
I do think that satellite background does not fit for map where we need to put data layer on top; the MapBox version is very clean, and the labelling made by Ian a very good job, but still at more than say zoom 8 my opinion is that it's too noisy to put data on top of it

That said, if you/OKFN/MFA want it, I will use it. ;)

I think we should prioritise on getting fixed the issues addressed by MFA (including the form). We might need to postpone the consideration of the map options for a potential next leg of the project @markbrough
