Question from MFA:

"should be written the French way: thus : Dates : not 2013-11-28 but 28/11/2013 Montants: not 2,000,000 but 2 000 000 "

Assume that this is a format issue from the IATI-api?

Nope, this is up to the consumer of the API, in this case us :)

I will localize it.
